- FloQast Close Management (best for: A checklist close on the ERP you already run): Contact sales. No per-user fee
- FloQast Close AI (best for: The same close, plus the automation layer FloQast marks most popular): Contact sales. Includes Close Management
- FloQast Risk and Compliance (best for: Controls, audit readiness, and operational audits): Contact sales. Sold alone or with either close package
- BlackLine midsize platform (best for: Teams the vendor places between $100 million and $750 million of revenue): No list price. Unlimited users, on that page's own wording
FloQast publishes no list price in 2026. The three packages are quote-only, with no per-user fee, on FloQast's pricing page. Those packages are Close Management, Close AI, and Risk and Compliance. Oracle Cloud EPM Standard, the suite that includes account reconciliation, lists at $250 per hosted named user a month, with a 10-user minimum.
A headcount change is not a FloQast budget line you can calculate from the website. The page says pricing is built around value, not headcount, and that packages scale with results rather than seat count. It never defines the result that moves the fee. Toolradar data: on Toolradar's October 2026 accounting comparison, FloQast sits among 279 tools, and 26% of that set have a free plan. FloQast does not. The listing is FloQast on Toolradar, and the category ranking is accounting software.
Prices and package rules below were checked on 17 October 2026. The product fit against BlackLine, checklist versus high-volume matching, is in FloQast vs BlackLine. This page is only the bill.
At a glance
| What you are buying | Best for a finance team | Price, October 2026 | What that price leaves out |
|---|---|---|---|
| FloQast Close Management | A checklist close on the ERP you already run | Contact sales. No per-user fee | Close AI agents, matching, and journal posting |
| FloQast Close AI | The same close, plus the automation layer FloQast marks most popular | Contact sales. Includes Close Management | Risk and Compliance, unless you add it |
| FloQast Risk and Compliance | Controls, audit readiness, and operational audits | Contact sales. Sold alone or with either close package | A dollar amount, a term, and a minimum |
| BlackLine midsize platform | Teams the vendor places between $100 million and $750 million of revenue | No list price. Unlimited users, on that page's own wording | The platform fee itself |
| Numeric close products | An overlay whose quote weighs transactions and seats | No list price. Four products, one of them a full ledger replacement | Onboarding, which is scoped in the evaluation and not printed |
| Trintech Adra, standard services | A mid-market close whose implementation stays inside a written cap | No list price. Standard services cover up to 20 users and 5 entities | Anything past those caps, priced on the order form |
| Oracle EPM Standard | Reconciliation compliance inside a planning and consolidation suite | $250 per hosted named user a month, minimum 10 | Transaction matching, which is an Enterprise feature |
| Oracle EPM Enterprise, named user | The suite plus transaction matching | $500 per hosted named user a month, minimum 25 | A start at 10 users. The minimum is 25 |
| Oracle EPM Enterprise, employee metric | The same Enterprise name, billed on employees rather than named users | $40 per hosted employee a month, minimum 5,000 | A 10-person close team. That minimum is a workforce count |
| Digits Essentials | One US business that will replace the ledger, not overlay it | $65/mo per business. No setup fee | Automated schedules and a second entity |
| Digits Core | The same ledger, plus dimensions and automated schedules | $100/mo per business. Marked most popular | A third entity, which is another subscription |
Close management software, for this page, is the checklist, reconciliation, and sign-off layer on top of a ledger. It replaces the ledger only when the product says it does.
How much does FloQast cost?
There is no public FloQast price, so the choice on the website is which package, not which rate. Each of the three packages ends in a Contact Sales button. Close Management is the base. Close AI is marked most popular and includes the base. Risk and Compliance can be bought on its own or added to either close package. A controller who wants the full platform is buying a close package and the compliance package, and the page gives no way to add those two buttons into a total.
Close Management is the checklist package, and the ERP connector is listed inside it. The includes line names the close checklist, account reconciliations, accounting operations, projects, an AI assistant, and ERP integration. Tasks, tie-out, and sign-off live here. The AI assistant on this tier answers questions and helps prepare and review work. It is not the agent layer. If the connector for NetSuite or Sage Intacct is what you came for, the public page puts that integration in the base package, and the quote should say whether your entities are inside that same fee.
Close AI is the package FloQast expects most buyers to discuss, and it is still unpriced. It adds AI agents, AI matching (including three-way matching), automated reconciliations for amortization, depreciation, and subledgers, and journal entry posting. It also lists anomaly routing and variance explanations. Those are the features a team cites when the checklist alone is not the problem. Because this tier includes Close Management, a quote that sells both as separate products is not what the pricing page describes. The FloQast review walks the feature list. The price question stops at Contact Sales.
Risk and Compliance is a second purchase even when you already want the close. The page lists controls, audit readiness, enterprise risk management, operational audits, and testing, and it says the package is available on its own. Updating a control once, attaching evidence to a test, and mapping controls across frameworks are the jobs in this column. A SOX program that needs that evidence should ask for this package by name. A private company that only wants the checklist should ask for it to be left off, because nothing on the page folds it into Close AI for free.
The product page says FloQast is trusted by 3,500+ global companies, that nothing hits the books without human approval, and that the platform is ISO 42001 certified and SOC 2 Type II compliant. Those are vendor statements. They do not change the missing price, and the certificates are worth requesting before an audit relies on them.
What the pricing page leaves off the quote
The page refuses a per-user fee and then stops, which is the whole budgeting problem. It does not say whether the fee moves with entities, transaction volume, revenue, or modules beyond the three packages. "Value, not headcount" tells you what FloQast claims it will not bill. It does not tell you what it will bill. Until the order form names the unit, two companies with the same eight accountants can receive different quotes and both be consistent with the website.
Several lines a board model needs are missing from the page, so they have to be requested. There is no implementation fee, no contract length, no minimum, no renewal cap, and no trial. The product page headline about automating workflows in minutes is not a project plan and not a services price. Treat a missing cap as no cap. The month-end work those packages are meant to hold is laid out in the month-end close checklist.
Ask the rep to use the three names on the website, because older package names are still in circulation. Toolradar's FloQast listing, priced from the vendor site on 30 September 2026, still shows six plans, all Contact Sales: Close Optimization, Close Automation, Connected Compliance, Compliance Pro, FloQast Reporting, and FloQast Transform. None of those names is on the pricing page read on 17 October 2026. A quote that uses the older set can hide whether you bought Close AI, the compliance package, or both.
What a 10-person team can budget before the call
The scenario is one finance team of 10 people, license list only, before tax, using rates read on 17 October 2026. Annual figures are the monthly list times 12, or times 36 where the point is Oracle's standard term. They are not vendor quotes, and they are not a discount.
| Scenario | What multiplies | Year at the printed list |
|---|---|---|
| FloQast, any of the three packages, 10 people or 20 | Nothing on the public page. Seats are not the unit | Not computable |
| Oracle EPM Standard at the 10-user minimum | 10 times the named-user rate, for 12 months | $30,000 |
| Same Standard minimum, held for the standard 3-year term | That annual list, times 3 | $90,000 |
| Oracle EPM Standard at 20 named users | Twice the users, past the minimum, for 12 months | $60,000 |
| Oracle EPM Enterprise at its named-user minimum | 25 users, not 10. The floor is higher | $150,000 |
| Digits Essentials, one US business | The business rate, times 12. Headcount does not enter | $780 |
| Digits Core, one US business | The Core rate, times 12 | $1,200 |
| Digits Core, three US businesses | 3 times the Core rate, times 12 | $3,600 |
Oracle is the seat-priced contrast, and the $250 rate buys a suite, not a FloQast-shaped overlay. On the Fusion Cloud global price list dated 8 October 2026, EPM Standard is $250 per hosted named user a month with a minimum of 10. Ten users for a year is $30,000. The same page says the standard subscription term is three years, so a buyer who stays at that minimum for the term is looking at $90,000 before any negotiation. At 20 named users the annual list doubles to $60,000, because the fee is per user once you are above the floor. Oracle's EPM subscription guide puts Account Reconciliation with reconciliation compliance inside Standard, alongside planning, financial consolidation and close, and narrative reporting. You are not buying a checklist module at that rate.
Enterprise is a different floor, and a 10-person team does not qualify for the named-user line. EPM Enterprise is $500 per hosted named user a month with a minimum of 25, which is $150,000 for a year at that floor. The subscription guide adds transaction matching on Enterprise, and it reserves AI features for Enterprise. The same price list also prices Enterprise at $40 per hosted employee a month with a minimum of 5,000 employees. That is a workforce metric, not a close-team seat. An extra environment on the Standard additional-application line is $2,500 a month per hosted environment. The Enterprise additional-application environment is listed at $0 a month on the same page.
Digits is the published monthly fee, and it is a ledger replacement for US entities, not an overlay on the ERP you kept. The Digits pricing page lists Essentials at $65/mo and Core at $100/mo, with Pro marked coming soon and left out of the arithmetic. Twelve months is $780 on Essentials and $1,200 on Core. A second or third business is another subscription, so three businesses on Core are $3,600 a year. Digits says it does not charge per user, that there is no setup fee, and that a 30-day trial is available. Services are limited to US entities, and sales tax can be added. Essentials includes a checklist and ongoing reconciliation. Automated schedules start on Core. Agentic close, on that page, is described for accounting firms rather than as part of the company cards you can start today.
The ranking of these totals flips when the job changes, which is why a single "cheaper" label would be false. For a number you can read before anyone calls you back, Digits Core at one US business is the low published fee in this set, and it only fits if you are willing to move the books. For a 10-person team that must keep NetSuite or Sage Intacct and add a close layer, Digits is the wrong shape, Oracle is a suite with a five-figure annual floor, and FloQast is a quote. Adding people from 10 to 20 doubles the Oracle Standard year and, on FloQast's own wording, does not add a seat line. Adding a legal entity does not change the FloQast page either, while it adds a full Digits subscription.
How the quote differs from BlackLine, Numeric, and Adra
BlackLine's midsize page also rejects per-seat billing, and it still does not print the fee. The midsize organizations page aims at companies with annual revenue from $100 million to $750 million. It says pricing includes unlimited users, with no per-seat penalties, and that a platform package is aligned to the organization's needs, without restrictive seat caps or complex modular add-on fees. You can start from account reconciliations, financial close, or journal entry. None of those sentences is a rate. A team inside that revenue band should send BlackLine the same scope it sends FloQast and compare the two written totals. The wider shortlist is best close management software.
Numeric tells you the inputs and still withholds the output. The Numeric pricing page says the quote uses business context from the number of transactions to the number of seats. That is the opposite of FloQast's no-per-user claim: a Numeric quote can move when you hire, and a FloQast quote is not supposed to. Numeric sells Close Management and Analytics, Cash Management, and Billing and Revenue as products you can mix. ERP Replacement includes the full suite and is not mixed the same way. Onboarding and data migration are scoped during evaluation, not shown as a rate. The Numeric review covers those four products. If seats are the variable you care about, Numeric is the vendor that admits it. If you want the vendor to say seats do not bill, that sentence is FloQast's, and it is still not a price.
Adra's standard services package is written with a user cap and an entity cap, which is a third model. Trintech's Adra statement of work describes Balancer Standard and Task Manager Standard for up to 20 users and 5 legal entities, and Task Manager Standard for one initiative. Matcher Standard covers up to 10 reconciliation groups and 2 source files. Those are implementation scopes, and the fee sits on the order form. A close team of 10 people and one entity fits inside the written cap. A team of 30 users, or a sixth entity, is outside the standard services package and needs a different services line. Cadency's product page, the large-enterprise close platform, publishes no price either. Trintech's directory page is Trintech on Toolradar.
What to put on the order form
- Package names as printed now. Close Management, Close AI, or Risk and Compliance. Refuse a quote that only uses the older six names unless each old name is mapped to one of these three.
- The unit that replaced the seat. Entities, volume, revenue, or something else. If the line is blank, the "no per-user fee" claim has not been turned into a contract.
- Whether the ERP connector and the entities in scope are inside the close package. The pricing page lists ERP integration on Close Management and does not price it apart.
- Implementation and data migration, as their own lines. The pricing page does not mention either, so a blended first-year total can hide the services fee.
- Term and renewal. Nothing on the FloQast page caps an increase. A cap that is not in the order is not a cap. Oracle's list term is three years, which is a useful comparison when a rep offers a multi-year FloQast deal with no ceiling.
- Compliance as a yes or no. If you do not need controls testing, say so in writing. The package can be sold alone, which means it can also be added without much discussion.
Who should book the call
Book it when the close is a checklist on an ERP you intend to keep, and you can wait for a written quote. That is the buyer Close Management describes. Close AI is the add-on when matching and journal posting are the hours you want back, and you should not assume it is a small step-up until the two quotes are side by side. The best AI for the financial close roundup is the category view if FloQast is only one name on a longer list.
Do not book it as the first call when the buying rule is a number before a meeting. Digits is the product in this set with a monthly fee, a trial, and no setup fee, and it means changing the ledger. Oracle EPM Standard is the product with a seat price and a 10-user floor, and it means buying a planning and consolidation suite. Rillet belongs in the replacement conversation, not in a close-overlay quote. Planful belongs when the close has to sit next to planning you already run.
Skip FloQast when the pain is a reconciliation factory or a ledger you have not chosen. BlackLine's pages are built around matching volume, and the comparison on that point is the BlackLine article rather than a price. If the ERP decision is still open, NetSuite vs Sage Intacct and the accounting software guide come before any close tool. The layers around the close, including where AI sits, are in AI for accounting.
How we priced this
We read FloQast's pricing page and product page, BlackLine's midsize page, Numeric's pricing page, Digits' pricing page, Trintech's Adra statement of work, and Cadency's product page on 17 October 2026. Oracle's figures come from the Fusion Cloud global price list dated 8 October 2026 and from Oracle's EPM subscription guide. The year totals are our multiplication of those printed rates. FloQast, BlackLine, Numeric, and Trintech publish no list price, so they stay quote-only. Louis Corneloup, founder of Toolradar and Dupple, edited the piece. Re-check the order form before a signature. How this site weighs a quote against a printed price is on how we rate.
FAQ
How much does FloQast cost in 2026?
FloQast publishes no list price. On 17 October 2026 the pricing page showed three packages, Close Management, Close AI, and Risk and Compliance, each behind Contact Sales, with no per-user fee. Close AI includes Close Management and is marked most popular. Risk and Compliance can be bought alone or with either close package. There is no public way to turn that menu into a dollar total.
Does FloQast charge per user?
The pricing page says no. The headline is pricing built around value, not headcount, and the copy says packages scale with results rather than seat count. Adding an accountant is therefore not a line you can multiply from the website. The page does not name the unit that replaces the seat, so the quote has to name it. Numeric, by contrast, says its quote weighs transactions and seats.
What is included in each FloQast package?
Close Management includes the checklist, account reconciliations, accounting operations, projects, an AI assistant, and ERP integration. Close AI includes that base and adds AI agents, AI matching, automated reconciliations, and journal entry posting. Risk and Compliance covers controls, audit readiness, enterprise risk management, operational audits, and testing. The pricing page does not attach a price, a minimum, or a term to any of the three.
Is there a free FloQast plan or a free trial?
The pricing page lists neither a free plan nor a trial. Every package routes to Contact Sales. Toolradar's October 2026 comparison puts FloQast in a set of 279 accounting tools of which 26% have a free plan, and FloQast is not one of them. Digits, the published-price product on this page, offers a 30-day trial. That trial is Digits, not FloQast.
What does a 10-user Oracle EPM subscription cost next to a blank FloQast quote?
EPM Standard is $250 per hosted named user a month with a minimum of 10, so the minimum year is $30,000 and the standard three-year term at that floor is $90,000. That price includes account reconciliation compliance plus planning, consolidation, and narrative reporting. It is not a FloQast quote. EPM Enterprise cannot start at 10 named users. Its named-user minimum is 25.
How does FloQast pricing compare with BlackLine and Numeric?
None of the three publishes a dollar amount for the close product. FloQast says there is no per-user fee and sells three packages. BlackLine's midsize page says unlimited users and a platform package, for companies in a revenue band from $100 million to $750 million, and prints no fee. Numeric says the quote weighs transactions and seats, and it lets you start with close, cash, or billing before a ledger replacement. You can compare written quotes. You cannot rank them from the websites.
What should the FloQast order form itemize?
Package names that match the current site, the unit that sets the fee, the entities and the ERP connector, implementation as its own line, the term, and any renewal cap. Risk and Compliance should be marked in or out. Toolradar still lists six older plan names, so a quote that uses only those names needs a map back to Close Management, Close AI, and Risk and Compliance.
