HighRadius Review 2026: AR Automation Pricing, Pros and Cons
How HighRadius sells its order-to-cash platform on outcome-based pricing, what that contract asks of a finance team, and four AR tools to price against it.
HighRadius is worth a serious look for a mid-sized or large company with a real collections and cash application backlog, but it publishes no price, and its contract is built around KPIs you must be ready to measure. The vendor says customers pay only when its AI agents improve agreed metrics, with no implementation fee and $0 in fees until go-live, as checked on 17 October 2026.
The catch is that the bill depends on a baseline you negotiate. If your DSO, past dues and cash application rates are not measured cleanly today, the outcome contract is hard to price or audit. A team billing a few thousand invoices a month that wants a number up front should price Chaser, which lists plans from $233 a month on annual billing.
Key factsBest for: Mid-sized and large companies with heavy collections, cash…
- An AI agent platform for order to cash and the wider finance office, sold on a pay-for-outcomes contract.
- Founded: 2006, by Sashi Narahari
- Customers: 1,500+ finance teams (vendor claim)
- Toolradar rating: 4.2 out of 5 from 253 ratings across PeerSpot, G2 and Capterra
- Alternatives covered: Billtrust, Versapay, Upflow, Chaser
Pros
- The home page says customers pay only when AI agents improve KPIs set in a MASC agreement, so the vendor shares the risk
- The home page lists $0 implementation fees and no fees until go-live, so the first spend comes after launch
- Covers collections, cash application, deductions, credit and payments, then close and treasury on the same platform
Cons
- No list price, so the cost depends on a negotiated baseline and improvement share
- Go-live is targeted at 3 to 6 months on the Speed to Value page, slower than self-serve AR tools
- DSO and past dues can move for reasons outside the software, such as one large customer paying late, which complicates billing disputes

HighRadius sells a different kind of contract from most finance software. Instead of a seat price or a tier, its home page says customers pay only when the AI agents deliver an improvement in KPIs written into Mutually Agreed Success Criteria, which HighRadius calls MASC. That shifts the buying question from "what does it cost?" to "what baseline and what improvement am I signing up to pay for?"
This review uses HighRadius's own pages, checked on 17 October 2026: the home page, the pricing page, the company overview and the Speed to Value implementation page. Toolradar data: Toolradar, the software directory we run, tracks 253 ratings of HighRadius across PeerSpot, G2 and Capterra, averaging 4.2 out of 5, on its HighRadius profile. Methodology: vendor figures are reported as the vendor's claims, the cash-release example below is our own arithmetic on a stated scenario, and nothing here comes from hands-on use of the product.
What is HighRadius?
HighRadius is a finance automation platform that started in accounts receivable and now covers order to cash, accounts payable, B2B payments, close and reconciliation, consolidation and reporting, and treasury. It was founded in 2006 by Sashi Narahari, beginning with on-premise software for receivables.
Its company overview says 190+ AI agents run on one platform, and its home page says it serves 1,500+ finance teams. The same overview says it counts more than 200 Global 2000 companies, including 3M, Unilever and Lufthansa, among its customers.
How HighRadius works
A HighRadius deal starts with scoping the modules you want, such as collections, cash application, deductions or credit, then agreeing the KPIs those modules should move. The Speed to Value page describes MASC as a formal agreement between HighRadius and the customer on expected business outcomes, and targets a go-live in 3 to 6 months.
The home page lists the guarantees by area: a 10% improvement in DSO or past dues for order to cash, 30% fewer days to close, 40% lower AP function cost and 50% less idle cash. The platform connects to ERPs through what HighRadius calls pre-built integrations with 50+ ERPs and systems, naming SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and NetSuite.
HighRadius key features
HighRadius pricing
HighRadius publishes no list price. Its pricing page describes an annual subscription model for large enterprises and mid-sized companies, and its home page describes Outcome Based Pricing: you pay when the AI agents improve KPIs set out in the MASC agreement. The same home page lists no implementation fee and nothing to pay before go-live. Both pages were read on 17 October 2026.
Because the fee follows the outcome, the size of the outcome is the number to model. Our scenario: a company with $50M in annual credit sales and a DSO of 60 days carries about $137,000 of receivables per day of DSO. A 10% DSO cut, the order-to-cash guarantee on the home page, removes 6 days, which releases about $821,918 of cash once. That figure is our arithmetic, not a HighRadius quote, and it shows why the contract terms matter: ask what share of that improvement the fee is set against, how the baseline is measured, and what happens if DSO moves for reasons outside the software, such as a big customer paying late.
For contrast, two alternatives publish real numbers. Chaser's pricing page lists Compact at $259 a month billed monthly, Core at $779 a month and Complete at $1,169 a month, with annual billing lower on each. Upflow's pricing page quotes its plans by gross invoice value but lists a $390 a month platform fee for its payments add-on. Billtrust, Versapay and Tesorio, like HighRadius, sell through a sales conversation. Our best AR automation software guide ranks the whole field by fit.
| Plan | Price | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Order to Cash (collections, cash application, deductions, credit) | Contact sales | Outcome-based contract; the home page lists a 10% DSO or past-dues improvement as the KPI |
| Close and Reconciliation | Contact sales | Financial close, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliation; KPI listed as 30% fewer days to close |
| Accounts Payable | Contact sales | Invoice capture, matching, approvals and supplier portal; KPI listed as 40% lower AP function cost |
| Treasury and Risk | Contact sales | Cash management, cash forecasting and treasury payments; KPI listed as 50% less idle cash |
| Implementation and go-live | $0 | No implementation fees and no fees until go-live, per the home page; go-live targeted in 3 to 6 months |
HighRadius pros and cons
What we like
- The home page says customers pay only when AI agents improve KPIs set in a MASC agreement, so the vendor shares the risk
- The home page lists $0 implementation fees and no fees until go-live, so the first spend comes after launch
- Covers collections, cash application, deductions, credit and payments, then close and treasury on the same platform
What could be better
- No list price, so the cost depends on a negotiated baseline and improvement share
- Go-live is targeted at 3 to 6 months on the Speed to Value page, slower than self-serve AR tools
- DSO and past dues can move for reasons outside the software, such as one large customer paying late, which complicates billing disputes
Who HighRadius is for
HighRadius fits a mid-sized or large company, often on SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or NetSuite, with thousands of open invoices, a collections team working from spreadsheets, and remittances that arrive in many formats. It also suits a CFO who wants the vendor to carry part of the risk: an outcome contract is attractive when the baseline is clean and the upside is large. Teams that also want close or treasury on the same vendor can expand later, as covered in our treasury management and close management guides.
It is a poor fit for a small business that needs a price before a call, or for a team without a reliable DSO and cash application baseline. If your AR problem is mostly reminder emails to a few hundred customers, a priced tool like Chaser, or one of the options in our free accounts receivable software guide, will cost less and go live sooner than a scoped HighRadius program.
Best HighRadius alternatives
If HighRadius is not the right fit, these are the closest options.

| Billtrust | Suppliers whose customers pay through many AP portals and who need invoicing and payments in one place | No list price | Visit → |
| Versapay | NetSuite, Sage Intacct and Dynamics companies that want a customer portal for invoices and payments | No list price | Visit → |
| Upflow | Companies under $100M in annual invoice value that want collections software with plans sized to them | Quote by annual invoice value, unlimited seats on every plan | Visit → |
| Chaser | Small and mid-sized finance teams that want priced, self-serve collections automation | From $259/mo (Compact, billed monthly) to $1,169/mo (Complete) | Visit → |
The bottom line
HighRadius earns its place on the shortlist of a larger company with a measurable receivables problem: slow collections, unapplied cash or deductions. The outcome contract and the absence of an implementation fee lower the upfront risk, but only if you can prove the baseline. Get the MASC terms in writing, including how DSO is measured and which customer events are excluded, before you compare it with any other quote.
Pick Billtrust if invoice delivery to customer AP portals is the bottleneck, Versapay if a customer payment portal on NetSuite or Sage Intacct is the goal, and Upflow or Chaser if you want a smaller tool you can price and deploy in weeks.
